We want you to love your Balvolt™. If something's not right, we'll make it right.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Balvolt™ purchase. If you need to return your order, you can do so within 30 days of receiving it, provided:
- Items are unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all components included.
- Your return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
We can only process returns with a valid order number from a purchase made directly on balvolt.com. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not eligible for returns or warranty service.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds are credited to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Orders ship from Texas within 1-2 business days.

Expedited orders placed before 12pm CT ship same business day. Orders do not ship on weekends or major US holidays.
Note: We currently ship within the United States only. We cannot ship to PO Boxes due to package size. Alaska and Hawaii shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. Because we ship quickly, changes must be requested immediately after placing your order.
We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment. Once shipped, orders cannot be changed or cancelled—you'll need to initiate a return after delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We'll work with the carrier to locate your shipment or file a claim.
For damaged packages, please photograph all damage to the box and products before discarding anything. This helps us process claims faster and get your replacement shipped.
We'll ship a replacement at no cost once the claim is confirmed.
3-Year Limited Warranty
Every Balvolt™ product is backed by our 3-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal residential conditions.
What's Covered
- LED hex light panel defects
- Power supply failure under normal use
- Connector and hardware defects
- Cabling and smart plug issues
- Remote control malfunctions
What's Not Covered
- Damage from improper installation
- Physical damage (drops, water, etc.)
- Power surge damage
- Normal wear and cosmetic changes
- Unauthorized seller purchases
- Commercial/industrial use
No registration required—your warranty is active from the date of purchase. Keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
Defective Products
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item or experience a manufacturing flaw, contact us immediately.
For confirmed defects within the warranty period, we'll ship replacement parts or a complete unit at no cost—no return required for defective items.
What's Not Eligible for Return
- Items that have been installed or show signs of use
- Items with missing components or damaged packaging
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago (contact us for warranty service instead)
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
- Items marked as final sale
