Balvolt™ Limited 3-Year Warranty

Our Commitment
Every Balvolt™ RGB Hex Light Kit is engineered with quality components and built to perform. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
Coverage Period: This Limited 3-Year Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for three (3) years from the original date of purchase when the product is used under normal residential conditions and installed according to the provided instructions.
What's Covered
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers manufacturing defects in the following components when used as intended:
- LED hex light panels
- Power supply
- Mounting connectors and structural hardware
- Included cabling and smart plug
- Remote control
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover issues resulting from:
- Damage from improper installation, modification, or unauthorized repair
- Use in conditions outside the intended operating environment (e.g., outdoor exposure, excessive heat or moisture, commercial or industrial applications)
- Damage caused by power surges, electrical faults, or incompatible power sources
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
- Normal wear and tear, including gradual dimming over extended use
Covered Examples
- LED panel fails to illuminate under normal use
- Power supply stops working within warranty period
- Connector breaks during standard installation
- Manufacturing defect in wiring or components
Not Covered Examples
- Damage from dropping during installation
- Failure due to use in a non-ventilated enclosure
- Modifications or third-party accessories
- Damage from power strip not rated for load
Our Remedy
If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, Balvolt™ will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the defective component(s). Replacement parts may be new or refurbished and are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. We do not provide cash refunds under this warranty.
How to File a Claim
To request warranty service, please contact our support team with the following information:
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
- Description of the issue
- Photos or video showing the defect (if applicable)
Our team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days. If approved, we'll provide instructions for return shipping or replacement delivery. Balvolt™ covers standard return shipping costs for valid warranty claims within the United States.

Limitations
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state or jurisdiction. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so certain limitations above may not apply to you.
To the extent permitted by law, Balvolt™ disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Balvolt™ be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to products purchased directly from balvolt.com or authorized retailers.
